Getting Started With MyWellness

Whether you’re ready to get more active, eat healthier or reduce stress, MyWellness is here to support and inspire you.  Discover simple and fun ways to support your physical, emotional, social and spiritual wellness.

Create your account
To create your account, use your My HR Information Employee ID found on EmployeeCentral.

To sign in from your work computer, go to EmployeeCentral > MyBenefits > Well-Being Programs tab > View MyWellness Website. You must be logged in to the CommonSpirit Health network.

From your home computer, visit home.commonspirit.org/mywellness/vp and you will be directed to the login screen.

Who can participate
Generally, you have full access to the MyWellness website and can redeem MyWellness Points for rewards if you are a benefits-eligible or a PRN (on-call/supplemental) employee who was paid for working 1,000 hours or more in the prior calendar year.* Spouses and dependents are not eligible to participate or receive rewards.

Some facilities and represented employees do not have access to the MyWellness website and are not eligible for a financial reward. These include but are not limited to CommonSpirit Senior Living, Trinity Health System — Ohio, Mountain Region, Virginia Mason Medical Center/Benaroya Research Institute and Dignity Health Medical Group providers (non-physician DHMG employees are eligible).

*Hours paid are categorized by pay code. Pay codes that count toward eligibility include but are not limited to regular, overtime, low census, float, training/education, orientation and call back. If you have questions about your eligibility, please contact EmployeeCentral at 855.475.4747.

Earn up to $450 in rewards in 2024
Rewards-eligible employees can earn MyWellness Points by completing eligible activities. When your points reach a level, you can redeem them for that level’s reward.

There are two ways you can use your MyWellness Points. You can redeem them for health account contributions or gift cards. Health account contributions are available if you are enrolled in a CommonSpirit Medical Plan. You can then use these contributions to pay for eligible health care, dental and vision expenses. Gift cards are available from merchants like Amazon, Target, Visa, etc. Just choose the merchant and the gift card amount. The dollar amount of your gift cards will be included on your paycheck as taxable income.

Participation in MyWellness is confidential. Information you provide or share with MyWellness is not disclosed to CommonSpirit Health. CommonSpirit Health does not receive any personally identifiable information associated with any services provided by MyWellness.
