How virtual visits work.

Scheduling a virtual visit with your primary or specialty care doctor is simple. All you need is a desktop computer, tablet, or mobile device with internet access, video camera, and speakerphone. We'll take care of the rest. Here's how it works:

Call your doctor's office to request a virtual visit—or use our form above to have one of our scheduling specialists call you.
We'll set up your appointment, and before your virtual visit, you'll receive a link via email that connects you to your doctor.
Your appointment will be like you're in the office with your doctor. Knowing your current weight, blood pressure, and temperature is nice, but not required.
Your copay depends on your insurance coverage. If you are required to make a copay for an in-person visit, then a copay will also apply for a virtual visit.
If you need a prescription refill, no problem. Your doctor can order new or refill existing prescriptions during your visit.
